Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us to cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you placed your order.

Shipping, Return & Exchange
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Learn more about our shipping policy.
We provide shipping to the lower 48 states of United States and Canada. For rest of the world, we suggest you to ask your local freight forwarder for shipping.
For products in stock, we promise to process your order within 24 hours. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed.
