Returns & Exchanges
Items must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging. The secured tag on the valve serves as proof of a new, unused product. Removing this tag will void any return eligibility.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 calendar days of delivery.
To start a return, just fill out the Return Request Form. Once approved, we’ll send over instructions, the right return address, and next steps. After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund.
A 15% restocking fee applies to returns (excluding defective or incorrect items). Shipping charges may also apply.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection based on our policy. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. If any issues arise, our team will reach out to assist.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method immediately after approval. Processing time may vary slightly depending on your bank, but most refunds show up within a few business days.
Shipping Delays & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns.
Delays caused by third-party carriers are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Important Note: Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — it’s on us. Head to the Return Request Form, upload a few photos, and we’ll take care of the rest.
